ALUMA Performance is a structured netball development environment committed to building confident, skilled, and resilient athletes at every stage of their journey.
Our programs complement club training by providing focused technical development, movement preparation, and performance mindset training within a supportive, high-quality coaching environment.
ALUMA is open to athletes from all clubs and backgrounds. The goal is simple: to help each player develop their potential, confidence, and love for the game while progressing toward their personal performance goals.
Drawing on experience from representative competition and recognised development environments across Netball Queensland and the Gold Coast region, ALUMA delivers training aligned with the evolving demands of modern netball β while remaining grounded in positive coaching values.
At ALUMA, performance begins with confidence.
Athletes are guided through structured skill development, movement training, and decision-making under pressure, building the competence required to perform consistently and with composure.
Sessions are purposeful yet supportive, challenging athletes appropriately while maintaining an environment where effort, learning, and enjoyment are valued alongside results.
